Pigment Collective: Pursuing the Extraordinary is a talk exploring the creation of collectible brands through in-house production, led by Marko Matijašević, Founder & Creative Director of Pigment Collective and Argent Comics. Attendees will gain insight into a decade of producing fine press editions of cult classics and discover the company’s latest project: fine art comic editions licensed from DC Comics, with select editions from both imprints on display.
Key points include the process of building collectible brands, the evolution from fine press books to licensed comic editions, and the unique challenges of in-house production. By the end of this session, attendees will understand how Pigment Collective develops and produces distinctive collectible editions in the comics and publishing industry.
