By submitting this registration form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to follow the competition rules, event regulations, safety requirements, and instructions given by the SACC Cosplay Team.

Please note

• Each contestant may enter only one category.
• Costumes should be primarily created or significantly modified by the contestant.
• All costumes, props and performances must comply with SACC rules, venue requirements and UAE regulations.
• Unsafe, offensive, inappropriate, or prohibited costumes, props or performances may be refused or disqualified.
• The judging panel's decisions are final.
• Submission Deadline is at 12 PM, October 15 2026.
• Location: Gaming Stage @ The Sharjah Animation and Comic Conference, Aljada, Sharjah
• Date: Saturday, 24 October 2026
• Show-time: 3 PM - 7.30 PM (Roll-call between 2-2.30 PM)
