Ali Rguigue
Founder & Producer — Artcoustic & Atlas Next Frame Festival
Ali Rguigue is the founder and producer behind Artcoustic Studios, where he develops original animation for television, film, and digital platforms. He also serves as President of the Digital Arts, Gaming and Animation division of Morocco’s Federation of Cultural and Creative Industries, helping shape the country’s creative ecosystem.
His recent projects include Harun & Mamun, presented at Annecy 2025, Malik, Morocco’s first 3D animated feature film, Ziryab, pitched at MIFA Annecy 2026, and Marocains du ciel for TV5MONDE. He also founded Flow Motion School and launched the Atlas Next Frame Festival, Morocco’s first student festival dedicated to animation.
At SACC, Rguigue will share insights into new frontiers in animation across Africa and the Arab world, as well as producing student shorts and building regional educational models.
