Wouter Tulp is a freelance character designer and concept artist from The Netherlands, working for feature animation. He started out his career as an illustrator, creating caricatures for newspapers, editorial illustrations and children’s books.

This variety of work helped him to develop as a versatile artist, working in many mediums and styles. He has worked for major studios such as Netflix, Paramount pictures, Sony pictures Skydance and many more.
