Ali Rguigue is the founder and producer behind Artcoustic Studios, an animation company developing original content for television, film, and digital platforms. He also serves as President of the Digital Arts, Gaming and Animation division within Morocco’s Federation of Cultural and Creative Industries (FICC).

His work spans production, industry development, and talent training. Rguigue founded Flow Motion School and launched the Atlas Next Frame Festival, Morocco’s first student festival dedicated to animation, in partnership with the French Institute of Casablanca and GOBELINS Paris. His current projects include Harun & Mamun, Malik, Morocco’s first 3D animated feature film, Ziryab, and Marocains du ciel for TV5MONDE.

At SACC, Rguigue brings a producer’s perspective on animation across Africa and the Arab world, with insights into original content development, industry building, and emerging opportunities in the region.
